Veils

Once upon a time, a bride wore a veil because her soon-to-be groom wasn't supposed to see her at any time before the wedding. Today, veils are a great accessory that can really accentuate your dress. There are many different types of veils:
  • Blusher: A short veil worn over the face
  • Elbow: Goes to the length of your elbow, normally around 25 inches
  • Fingertip: Several layers that come down to your fingertips
  • Fly-away: Many layers that comes down to your shoulders
  • Mantilla: Lace veil, with no headpiece, that lays over your head with a gorgeous lace border
  • Waterfall: Headband with layers of tulle falling down
  • Waltz: Drops all the way to your ankles with multiple layers

Even if you think you don't want a veil, just try one on when you find "The Dress". You may be pleasantly surprised with the way a veil can finish the look.
